My daughter is a tenant at one of the Heidenberg Properties on Jeannette and I can’t say enough about the property manager Eddie and the great owners of the property. Prior to even moving in, Eddie was responsive, patient and extremely helpful at every turn. He assured us that he would take care of whatever the girls needed as it related to the rental and he kept his word. Knowing he would be there to help if needed definitely put our minds at ease since we are all out of state. One example- the area at the main gate to the property was dark and he installed a light above the gate to alleviate our concern. We also had a hiccup with the bathroom and the Heidenberg team was responsive and resolved the issue immediately. They are an upstanding company that has the utmost integrity. I would recommend Heidenberg Properties without reservation! They offer clean properties and peace of mind which as an out of state parent is priceless.

I lived in a Heidenberg Group property for a year and not only enjoyed the house but the relationship with the Heidenberg’s. They were always very accommodating and checked in often to make sure everything was up to our standards. The house manager Eddie was communicative and available at all times, and if we needed something fixed he would show up ready to help by the next day. They allowed us to sublet our rooms while we studied abroad for a semester and we appreciated that the lease and signing process was clear and straightforward. We felt respected and listened to as tenants and I would highly recommend the Heidenberg Group for anyone looking for a house in the Tulane area.

This past year I have had an amazing time staying at a home owned by The Heidenberg Group. From the first day I moved in Eddie was nothing but helpful in ensuring there was anything we needed or help moving in. Once we moved in, the house was checked whenever we needed help with anything! I know they have great reviews on lists/info already circulating and can second that! They are very reasonable, thorough in their communication, easy to reach, and expanding their property listings. Great for groups that want to live with friends, and easy to sublet if needed!

I’ve heard of a lot of housing horror stories from in and around Tulane, but I had a great experience with The Heisenberg Group, which owns a number of houses within walking distance of the campus area. THG provided us with a house in great condition, as well as expert property management services, and strong landlord relations. Whenever I had an issue in the house, I knew that Eddie, the property manager, was somewhere close by to come and help me fix it. We never had any miscommunications or unanswered texts/phone calls. This is a far better housing situation than I know many of my peers have had with other property groups. Highly recommend!

My experience with THG housing is one I feel incredibly grateful for as it was one of reliability, affordability, honesty, and kindness. In my one year lease with THG housing I ran into minimal problems as my landlord was responsive, consistent, and understanding of whatever the issue was.
