My daughter is a tenant at one of the Heidenberg Properties on Jeannette and I can’t say enough about the property manager Eddie and the folks that owners of the property. Prior to even moving in, Eddie was responsive, patient and extremely helpful at every turn. He assured us that he would take care of whatever the girls needed as it related to the rental and he kept his word. Knowing he would be there to help if needed definitely put our minds at ease since we are all out of state. One example- the area at the main gate to the property was dark and he installed a light above the gate to alleviate our concern. We also had a hiccup with the bathroom and the Heidenberg team was responsive and resolved the issue immediately. They are an upstanding company that has the utmost integrity. I would recommend Heidenberg Properties without reservation! They offer clean properties and peace of mind which as an out of state parent is priceless.
